Apple and Samsung

In the ongoing judicial patent opposition between Apple and Samsung have another interim but important victory was gained by the creator of iPhone and iPad. A federal appeals court in Washington did not cancel the temporary ban on the sale and importation of Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablets in the U.S., which was imposed Judge Lucy Koh from the city of San Jose.

Samsung immediately filed an appeal against the decision of the judge and Co. asked the court in Washington to postpone its entry into force prior to the consideration of this appeal. Also, the Korean vendor asked to speed up the process of reviewing the appeal, but was refused. According to the decree of the court, Samsung has not provided evidence that their requirements are needed.

Recall that both companies are able to patent the war in 2011, when Apple accused Samsung of copying the design of their devices and began to seek a ban on the sale of Samsung devices in Europe, Australia and the USA. The war goes on with varying success.
